i've been having such a confidence slump lately..
I didn't use to mind being broader/taller and plumper than other chinese girls because I was happy with how I looked and my broad shoulders carried clothes well~ but recently i just feel crap.
I went and bought that book "You Are What You Eat" by Dr gillian McKeith at the weekend~ it's actually a really good factual book and today I went and bought sunflower seeds, raw almonds, dried apricots, a body brush for dry body brushing, lemons to have with warm water first thing in the morning, advocados and cucumbers~
So yeah been munching on sunflower seeds and nuts all day haha, surprisingly I'm not hungry but I Do feel like a parrot
And tomorrow I'll buy lots of fruit to make fruit salads to have for breakfast~ and hopefully if the rioting here stops I'll be able to go to the gym too.
This is the first time that i've well and truly decided to do sumthing radical in order to lose weight..
I'm fed up with being misjudged in HK for being fatter than I am. i'm a UK 10/12 and in hK I have to wear size large but thats ok, it's just when HK shop assistants run and get me a size XL or XXL that I get pissed off u_u
I'm broad, not fat!
I just want to be beautiful.. and happy
